If you have a large amount of data and are coming to Neon from another database (or multiple databases) we can provide an estimate to import your data for you. We’ll take a look over your data and let you know you what would be the best option for you. All data is not created equal, and not everything is self-importable.
We’ll look at your data together and discuss where the information should go and what you need to be able to do with it in the future. Our team can also merge duplicates and build relationships in the data according to rules we discuss together. We’ll provide custom recommendations and options to migrate your data in the most effective way.
We translate our conversation into rules that our developers will use to write a custom script and put the data into Neon with 2-4 weeks of our conversation. In the meantime, we’ll also help you come up with the best plan for managing your data moving forward.
The self import is a great option for organizations with smaller amounts of data or basics like contact information and donations. We’ll walk you through column by column but we also point out what can be done via import and what will need to be done by hand after you import the data. It’s our personal goal to be as transparent as possible about what cannot be self imported. Please check out our reference guide here.
During or after your data import, we’ll help you create a customized implementation strategy. First, we’ll discuss your priorities in a 30-minute needs analysis session. Then, we’ll translate that into specific action items and provide you with a bulleted agenda for the next call to dive into those items and begin the configuration process. Configuration consults are both an orientation to Neon and a strategy session.
Do you need a little extra help with creating a newsletter, setting up an online form, or running a report? Neon’s Visual Phone Support subscription service is ideal for organizations looking for short, personalized training sessions on basic CRM tasks. With Visual Phone Support, you have access to up to 60 minutes of training time per month that can be scheduled within 24 hours. Training calls are conducted in a recorded audio/screen-sharing session with a NeonCRM expert
Visual Phone Support is included for all Empower package users, and is available a service add-on for all current Neon users.
