We know that moving to a new database can be overwhelming, so our training and implementation consultants are here to help you make a smooth transition to NeonCRM. Our consultants all have backgrounds in the nonprofit sector and have managed conversions from a wide variety of systems.
We take a step-by-step approach to implementation that allows us to address each discrete part of your database move in detail, giving you a strong foundation for success in NeonCRM. You will have the same consultant from implementation start to finish so they will know how your data will influence your setup and training.

Sales assistance

Our sales team will work with you to recommend training and implementation services, from data conversion options to system setup and training. If you are interested in having our team do your data import, they can work with our training and implementation consultants to provide you with a quote

Data import and conversion

If you elect to self-import your data, you can purchase data analysis assistance that includes one-on-one time with an expert training and implementation consultant. During this time, the consultant will help you “translate” your data to the NeonCRM structure and will make recommendations on how to reformat your data to make it easier to self-import.

If you elect to have our team do your import, your training and implementation consultant will conduct a data analysis call with you to better understand your data so that they can provide instruction to our developers on how and where to import it into NeonCRM. Your consultant will also work with you to manage any data that comes in during import downtime

System implementation consultation

Our setup consult option includes a 30-minute needs analysis call followed by a 90-minute consultation with a training and implementation consultant. During these calls, your consultant will review your needs for system usage and provide recommendations on how to configure your NeonCRM system. After your consultation, your consultant will send a comprehensive follow-up email with their recommendations and links to related support guides and videos for further learning.

Training for staff members

NeonCRM offers eight live group trainings a month as part of the All-In-One package or as an additional purchase. These trainings cover major system modules. In addition, all NeonCRM customers receive free access to recordings of these trainings in our support center. Private trainings (on-site or virtual) are available at an hourly rate.
